If Netflix isn’t working, you may be experiencing a network connectivity issue, an issue with your device, or an issue with your Netflix app or account. To get back to watching, first check if there is an error code or error message on-screen. If your issue has a code or message, enter that code or message into the search bar on our Help Center home page. From there, you’ll be given steps tailored to the issue you’re seeing.
Netflix uses a variety of methods to help you find TV shows and movies to enjoy. You can find TV shows and movies through Recommendations or Search, or by browsing through categories.
Profiles allow different members of your household to have their own personalized Netflix experience, built around the TV shows and movies they enjoy. You can have up to five individual profiles within a single Netflix account.
As the primary account holder, you have two options to control viewing on your account: (1) Account-level (hard controls), which requires a PIN for specific maturity ratings; and (2) Profile-level (soft controls) that you choose a mature level profiles.
